Unable to edit the HTML source code of the email template

    Hi,

     

    I am trying to edit responding e-mail with HTML and push the HTML button in mail in compose e-mail.

    But just blank and no source code showed up.

     

    Something wrong with my handling or way I proceed.

     

    Let me know how I can edit source code with HTML

    Please clear your browser's cache and try to do this again. I made a test on my side and was able to see the HTML code of your autoresponder.
