Submit button is cut off

I have been trying to keep the submit button on my form, for some reason it cuts it off at the bottom and cannot access  it on my website.  Please advise how to fix this issue.

Replacing your current embed code with the iFrame code should allow for the full form to show in your page.  If it does not, let us know and we will be happy to take another look.
