That form was created under an unregistered "Guest" account. If you register an account using the same email address you used when creating the form, in this case "firstname.lastname@example.org", the form should automatically be placed in your account when you register. If it is not, let us know after you have registered that you would like the form from "guest_50607888866069" moved to your account and we will be happy to take care of it. You will then be able to log in and edit your form.
