How can I use a form when I am over my SSL Submissions limit?

I set up a form but it apparently isn't working. Its a standard form not a secure form but I receive an error message that reads Form Over Quota. My standard forms still have quite a lot of submissions available. Can you please help to get this fixed.

I checked your account/username leaderautogroup and noted that it is currently in good standing and have not exceeded a limits at this time.

If ever you exceeded a limit like the SSL submissions limit for your FREE account, it will temporarily hold your account and forms from accepting further submissions. So, this means that your form will not be able to submit or accept submissions anymore.

To be able to continue using the service and use the account, you will need to upgrade to the next higher subscription package to have expanded or higher limits. This will immediately will activate your account subscription and the forms.

    OR

If you are willing to wait, the submission limits usually always reset to zero(0) every 1st day of the Month. This means, your FREE account will be re-activated automatically once the exceeded limits had been cleared. The downside is you will have to wait for the reset date.

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.
