I did not set up the jotform on our website (Andrew Joliffe <email@example.com> set it up for us) so I cannot access the account to troubleshoot this error (see attached image). We have only had 20 orders come through altho under the pricing tab on the website it states we should have 100 orders.
Can you guys look at what is wrong as to me we have only used 1/5th of our account.

I did check the web page URL where you have embedded your form. It is associated with a different account with profile email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
It seems you have exceeded the allowed submission limits. This is the reason all your forms are currently disabled. Only 10 SSL submissions are allowed in Free account but you have already received 11 SSL submissions.
I have manually reset your SSL counter to zero and your account is now active. Please be informed that we can reset the counter only once per account. You should stop using your form's secure URL and secure embed scripts should be replaced by non secure embed scripts.
Your form is now back online and it will not display the "Form over quota" error message.
