> Is there a tool to send messages to emails of registered users on the form?
1. If you are looking for a way to send an automatic confirmation email to people that are submitting your form, yes. Please see the following guide: Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
2. If you are looking to send emails, such as a newsletter, at one time to all the people that have filled out your form, you can do this as well. You'll need to set up an integration with MailChimp, please read the following guide: How-to-Integrate-with-MailChimp
> Can I export the data in Excel format?
Yes, you can export all your submissions into Excel format, please see this guide: How-to-Export-Form-Data-to-Excel
