Email Notification: not receiving email upon submission

    The forms do not arrive Even a My Inbox, even if the JotForm receive the emails they do not reach my mailbox

    I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

    Upon checking our records, it seems that your account email address has ended up in our Bounce list. The reason given was the following error message:

    smtp;550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable

    I have now removed your email address from our Bounce list.


    However, the form that is found on your contato page linked above, is sending email notifications to the following email address:

    This second email address is not in the Bounce list, and according to our records, all emails that we have sent to the address have been received fine. Our servers received no errors or bounces.

    Please check your spam folder of the address. You might also try Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
