Manually adding entry

I was wondering if there is a way to manually add an entry into the 'back office'?  If a person calls, I was hoping to just capture the information that I really needed and not have to fill out the entire form.

If I'am correct you want to manually ad an entry into the submission grid of a particular form?

At the present this facility is not available, however you can create an  excel sheet where you can fill in the data as needed then us our import tool to import the data into your submissions for the form.
