The excell in submissions doesn't work

    the CVS works and download the file, but the "excell" doesn't.

    What can i do?

    We have sent the Excel copy of the submissions of your form Formulario de Inscripcion in another email message.

    Hi DNS,

    Downloading of both Excel and CSV works here. Can you please confirm if the problem is already fixed? Using of different browsers and clearing browsers cache would also be a great help.  Usually this is a temporary error but if you're getting it repeatedly, please do let us know.
