the CVS works and download the file, but the "excell" doesn't.
What can i do?

Downloading of both Excel and CSV works here. Can you please confirm if the problem is already fixed? Using of different browsers and clearing browsers cache would also be a great help. Usually this is a temporary error but if you're getting it repeatedly, please do let us know.
