Hi there — we recently switched to JotForm from Adobe Forms, and we love it. However, there's a design flaw that isn't very user-friendly when viewing all of the folders we've created to organize our forms. We have a pretty long list of folders (categories) because of how many forms we need to keep, but only four show at a time, even though there is a lot of white space available in the browser window. In Safari (v8.0.6 on OS 10.10.3), a faint scrollbar appears, but it's not immediately noticeable, and again, seems silly when there's a lot of space below unused. In Firefox, the scrollbar is even less noticeable, and I think it's turned off by default in settings.
Anyway, I just wanted to give some feedback about the UI — it would be really amazing if this was addressed because it's a huge part of our workflow!
Thanks so much, Kali

I understand what you mean. I believe the main reason why there is a scrollbar so that the other folders along with the Shared Folders are not going to be hidden when there are a lot of folders already. At least for the Main account.
I do understand that you are pertaining to the Sub user's account which doesn't have other folders like Favorites, Archive, and Trash folders. And I would like to apologize of any inconvenience this have caused you. I will be forwarding this request to our developers so they will be aware of it. We appreciate you bringing this into our attention. You will be updated regarding this request via this thread. Thank you so much.

Thank you for your feedback.
You are correct that is a design flaw. I have increased the area available for the shared folders so you should no longer see the scroll bar.
