Two forms on one Facebook page?

I have one facebook page I would like to add two different forms to. I thought it worked, but when I went to look using another (non-managers) facebook it appears it didn't.

Have you checked if you have publish the form in your page? We have a guide here: http://www.jotform.com/help/22-Adding-Form-to-Facebook-Pages, you can follow that and see if you were able to integrate the other form.

Thank you but I'd already figured it out. I ended up having to use the Static HTML thing.
