I have a premium accoutn with you and we use your forms to receive payment details from some of our customers. Every time we (or the customers) try to open up a form - An error message pops up saying "There is a problem with the website's security certificate" and "The security certificate presented by this website was issued for a different website's address. Security certificate problems may indicate an attempt to fool you or intercept any data you send to the server."
This only happens on some browsers. Why is this? And when will it be fixed? We rely on these forms and they are no good if they are not working.
I look forward to hearing from you very soon.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. I'll submit a ticket to our developers. So they can take a look at it and fix this as soon as possible.
Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation.
