I am getting calls from people saying that they can not complete the form. The zip code field in the payment section displays an error message saying "This field can only contain numeric values".
Assistance with this issue would be great as customers are having trouble using this form.

I am getting a pae not found error on the link you have provided.
Has using the https://www.jotform.com/ naming format instead of https://secure.jotform.com helped this issue at all?
if not, can you confirm the URL of your form please?

Thank you for provided information.
I have tried with different values for mentioned Zip Code field, but I was not able to get the "This field can only contain numeric values" error message? Are you still able to reproduce this problem? If yes, please provide us with the exact steps in order to reproduce the problem. Are you getting this error after pressing Submit Form button? Any additional information would be appreciated.
We are looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for your response.
The zip code field seems to be correct now.
The latest issue now is the captcha does not work in Internet Explorer 7. Due to security issues, it displays as an empty box with a red x saying reload if it is not displayed. Forms can not be completed because people can not fill out the captcha field.
Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Please open a new thread for this seperate issue.
If we have to file a bug report with our development team, we really need to keep different issues on speperate threads.
