I have a form on my website (www.camplrca.com) and Jotform shows that I have 2 submissions but I haven't received any email notifications and I cannot access the submissions. HELP! The registrations are for an upcomming event so I need to get them. I have no way of knowing who to contact to have themresubmit or anything.
I can be emailed at firstname.lastname@example.org or reached by phone at 618-554-1675

Mke sure you have set the Sender E-Mail to 'email@example.com' on the Email Alerts page.

First off, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Can you please clean your browser's cache or use a different browser to check your submissions? You can also follow these steps on www.jotform.net if you still experience the same problem on www.jotform.com. I've also checked your mail logs and saw that one of your recipient email address is on hotmail.com. Unfortunately, we are having technical difficulties with hotmail. I'd recommend you to use a different email provider.

None of these suggestions worked. I did change the form from secure to unsecure and was able to receive submissions that way.
The email addresses associated are a hotmail and a yahoo, neither of which were able to receive submissions from a secure form.
I cleared my cache... didn't help.
I tried www.jotform.net...didn't help
I used both explorer and firefox as a browser....nothing in either of them.
so bottom line: I have an non-accessible registration (which will be a hindrance for my organization) and only your non-secure forms actually work.

Can you please try logging into your JotForm account @ https://secure.jotform.com and try accessing your ssl submissions from there.
If this still doesn't work, please do let us know. So we can investigate further.
