Hi, I have a company I work for that uses jot form. I have used it for 12 months successfully each month to fill out there monthly form. I can't get it to move past the first page this month on my lap top or desktop computer. Can you tell me if there is an update I need to use to get it to work now. I use Chrome as my default browser. It's not working with Chrome or Internet Explorer.

I am sorry for the inconvenient this issue is causing you.
For testing purposes only, I have gone ahead and cloned the above mentioned form, the form works fine, form has not any updates / changes.
I also tested the form in chrome browser, using the above link above and no issues found.
Please go ahead and reload the form, let us know if the issue persists.
I just attempted to load the form, I can get the first page but it still won't proceed to next page after I click teh Next Button: Is it possible I have something blocking the jot forms process that I need to check, is there someone I can call to trouble shoot?

Have you tried to use a different browser?
Please take a look at the following screen shot while I was testing same form, using Chrome:
I filled out the fields, with no sense information, just for testing purposes.

Please try to clear your computer cache and history, take a look at the following link that will help you. After this process please load again the form.
