Accessing Responses by our clients

    Is there any way our clients can access their form responses...securely...while I am logged into Jotform.

    I will try and be specific:

    I need them to access responses without the ability to change their responses & without them accessing other company files and responses.

    I have set up passwords ( via the open to public option ) with their hyperlinks and that works perfectly as long as I am not logged in.

    If I am logged in it automatically takes them to their responses with the edit option & also gives access to other folders etc.

    Urgent help required.

    Hi Lisa,

    If you mean that you want to only allow your clients to view your submissions then yes actually we do have a few options for you to do this.

    You may want to check out our Reports where you could generate an online report via a link to share with your clients so that they could view the submission information for your form(s). You may even like the Html Table or Gridlist options better since those can be embedded on a website.

    If you don't want to go that route then a second option would be to set them up as a Subaccount since our Subaccounts do allow you to set forms to view only. Your clients would only be allowed to view  submissions if specified. See for further details.

    A third suggestion if you don't like either of those would be to use our google spreadsheets integration and then you could just share a link to your google spreadsheet.

    Lastly, if you still don't like any of those ideas you could alternatively send a copy of your submissions somewhere using our FTP Upload feature and your clients could access it that way.
