difference in how form appears

    On jotform my form has a block that is not appearing in my email when received.  When I go to jotform I can see that block with it's content completed by the recipient but that block and it's content do not appear when the completed form is emailed to me. Note: The hidden block is "purpose of your visit"

    Can you tell me how to fix this?
