I need my username, msailors, changed to CASNR

Please make sure you provide the correct information, upon check; this email (email@example.com) already been used by two accounts, "msailors2" and "CASNR". "msailors2" is an ECONOMY Account, while the other "CASNR" is free account. Let us know further please, the username "CASNR" is already in use.

I need CASNR to be the name of the Economy account with the firstname.lastname@example.org email address.
I deleted the CASNR free account.
It was not made clear when I signed up that the the sub accounts were just free accounts and everything had to be created on the main account and shared to get the benefits. So, I need to make the main account the school name.

I had to change the username of your other account to "CASNR2" in order to free up the username "CASNR". I then change the username of your "msailors2" account to "CASNR". That should now appear as your username. I also updated your subscription with our payment processor to reflect the new username.
