I see the form is working now and I have 3 incomplete payments.
Do I need to complete the payments or does that just mean the people haven't paid yet and when they do it will automatically change to complete payments?Page URL:

Completing incomplete payments will not process the payment. Incomplete payment means there was a problem during the payment process or the user exited out of the transaction before completing it:
Completing the payment will place the submission data in your JotForm account and trigger the email notifications. However, since the payments failed to begin with, they cannot be processed by completing the submission. You may want to contact the users who already submitted your form and had incomplete payments to let them know there was an error with the submission and that they should submit the form once again now that payment is working.
