    Hi,

    Can you remove all that code from JotForm you posted into Dreamweaver.

    If you open the Dreamweaver Code editor.

    find the line:

    id="mainContent">

    Directly under there place the following fragment of code:

    The form may not become immediately in your Dreamweaver editor, but upload the change to your webserver anyway, and inspect the results on your website.

    This is a much cleaner, and flexible method of getting your forms onto web page. w.g if you make one small change on your form, you dont have to re edit the page with that the form is embedded in.

    Please try that out, and let us know if you have any problems.

    Thanks.

    Also, please dont cross post the same issue in many threads, it doesnt help us get to your problem any quicker. It just adds confusion and creates unnecessary posts for us to wade through.

    If you have an issue, open a thread, be thorough with your explanation, provide links & screenshots (if applicable) and stick to the one thread until that particular issue is resolved. It helps us provide better support to you and everyone else.

    Thanks.
