Notification email not received

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    there has been a case where we have failed to receive a notification of a submission by email. The form in question is this: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51263845770964 and the submission was made at 22-05-2015, 18:04:48.

    We have checked that the mail has not been deleted nor has it landed in junk mail. We have succesfully received notification of all other submissions and there have been no changes made on the form nor the emails. Are there other explanations for this kind occurrence? I will provide you with additional details if necessary.

    Yes, we are receiving the mails now. It seems to have been only a single occurrence.
