My interest in this program is to create and save forms in the cloud and also as an adobe PDF on desktops. My staff and I will be using these forms electronically to fill out and email them back to a centralized point. It would be easier for our workflow to have these forms pre saved on each computer in the field and then fill them out and send back through an email containing the form and other documents in the attachments. Is there any way we can accomplish this?

Suppose you already have your forms created.
To accomplish this, you need to go to "MyForms" page.
Then, under My Forms page, you may follow the instruction shown in the image below to create a Fillable PDF copy of your form.
