Embedded Form Not SubmittingAsked by Mikael Suominen on June 02, 2015 at 10:26 AM
I am having problem with my form (http://form.jotformeu.com/form/51315144138346). It works well otherwise, but it cannot be submitted / sended on last step. We have had many complains from our customers that form cannot be submitted at all.We dont also get notification email from submitted form.
We changed yesterday couple lines of text on page 5 (counted from startpage). We havent made recently other changes to form.
Looking forward to answer from support.
To my understanding you are having an issue with a form that you are unable to submit.
I checked this on my end and I am able to replicate the issue.
I would suggest re-embedding your form using the iframe code.
The reason it is most likely freezing up towards the end of your form is likely due to some script conflicts between your form and your site so this is causing the form to work incorrectly.
Try that and then let us know.
I also apologize as I meant to include that I have moved your secondary question about not receiving the email notifications to this thread here since it is a separate issue.
i changed Embed code to Iframe but form still freezes on submitting. It worked once, but now it freeze again.
Btw: i have now started to experience problems to enter form editor. I get and "error" which says something like "Ok, i give up. Looks like your form is too large to load". I guess something is wrong with form itself.
Hmm, sorry to hear about the continued form trouble.
Could you please confirm with by telling us what Browser|Browser Version and OS you are using that you are experiencing this continued problem on?
I've cleared your form cache and I would suggest that you also clear your browser cache to see if that helps with the "waiting long form" as that is sometimes a minor setback that resolves itself due to a possible connection issue that had timed out.
In the meantime please also allow us some further time to try to investigate this some more.
