Not Receiving Email Notification

    We dont also get notification email from submitted form.

    You've mentioned you are also having the above secondary issue with not receiving your email notifications for your form.

    When I checked your email notification I found you have no sender set which can affect it.

    We generally recommend referring to this email notification guide and also making sure you set it up properly and are using either noreply@joform.com or noreply@formresponse.com as they are the recommended sender addresses.

    According to our servers and your email notification you are using "myxxxxx@osoitxxxx.xx" which is not in our bouncelist when you check your email address.

    Result: myxxxxx@osoitxxxx.xx is NOT in the bounce list

    Also, you may want to refer to this additional guide to prevent bounce-related email issues and also check your junk|spam folder to make sure it didn't end up there.
