I have a form imported from Adobe FormsCentral how do I place a link on my website?

If you would just like to add a link to the form in your page, you can add this code:

<a target="_blank" href="http://form.jotform.us/form/51524457264153">Visible link text</a>

You can replace the Visible link text with whatever text you want for the link to show.  You can also replace the URL with other forms.
