    I deleted the stored submission and it still isn't accepting payments

    I don't know what the problem is now but the form still won't accept payments.

    I see that the submission limit counters has already reset. You are now allowed to receive 10 payment submissions for this month. Please note that deleting submissions will not free up your submission limits. 

    However, please do take note that your "Upload Space" storage is not a monthly basis, it is the total space that you can use for the whole account. In this case, you are near your limit which is 100 MB for Free accounts.

    If you wish to free up some space, you'll need to delete submissions with file uploads or attachments on them.

    You can check your submission limits just under the Account settings.


    You can also clear your form's cache just to make sure.
