Not sure why but all of our registrations have stopped showing up for our accounts. No idea why this is happening. Please contact us so we can figure out where these are going and why this is happening. It is a lot of information to lose.

Are the submissions not going through to your email address or are they not coming through to the form at all? I saw several submissions from today:

Appears to be lacking a sender email:
Edit your email notification and change the "Sender E-mail" field to "notreply@jotform.com" and your notifications should start to come through.
If they still do not or if this is the incorrect form, let us know and we will be happy to see what else we can do.
