    Hello,

Could you please explain what the "100 MB available space" for free accounts means?

Once uploaded files are delivered to my Dropbox folder, do they continue to count against the 100 MB limit? Is the limit cumulative (meaning once it's reached, the account cannot be used without an upgrade)? Or is that the monthly amount of data that can be transferred using a free account?

    Best,

    Edward

    Thank you for contacting us.

The files are being uploaded to both your JotForm and Dropbox accounts. There is no way to avoid JotForm storage in the first place, but you can delete form entries from Submissions page to delete associated files from JotForm account.

Is the limit cumulative (meaning once it's reached, the account cannot be used without an upgrade)? Or is that the monthly amount of data that can be transferred using a free account?

This is a total storage limit, so we do not reset it each month. It is possible to delete form submissions with uploads to clear account upload space quota.

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.
