Embedding form with js embed code on WordPress does not make it visible

    I've tried both the plugin, embedding, and a using a javascript.

    I took a look at your website and I see where the form should be, but as you have described it, it is not being shown.

    I would suggest that instead of using the js embed code, that you use the iframe embed code instead.

    Do let us know how it goes.

    That seemed to help!

    Now, the only issue is the teal bar at the top of the form - I've tried to remove it, but cannot find the proper code. Could you please direct me?
