    How to Filter Submission Data

Asked by Alex Wheeler on June 02, 2015 at 07:45 PM
    3) Quickly filter the results of submissions to the form over a life-long peroid. This means they need to quickly look through the fields and find all of the people who marked "yes" for questions 1-8, no for question 9, and maybe for question 1 (as a crude example).

If you view your submissions in your submissions page, you can do some filtering or sorting there. But it has some limitations.

Here's a screenshot of the submissions page, you can sort using the column headers or directly search using the search bar below.

If you want to have a submission list where you can easily filter data more extensively. I would recommend that you integrate Google Spreadsheet. From there, you can search or set filters depending on the data that you have.

You can also directly download an excel file of your submissions to do it on a Word/Spreadsheet processor like Microsoft Office.

    I hope that helps.
