Hello varsanbh.
It seems that you have already managed to cancel your subscription. Your account has been scheduled for a downgrade on 2015-06-20, and you should receive no more charges to your account.
To cancel your subscription, you would perform these steps (it seems you have already done it):
1. Login your JotForm account
2. Click on Account shown after clicking on a person/avatar looking icon at the upper right corner of the page.
3. Now go to Billing tab and click Switch Subscription under Starter (Free) Plan
4. Click Cancel Subscription button on the new window.
