I have 3 tours a day for 3 days. There is kid and adult pricing. Each tour I cannot have more than 29people (kids+adults)
How can I create a form that will not allow more than 29 participants per tour while offering special pricing for kids?
Help!

Hi Diandra824,
Thanks for contacting us.
If I understood you correctly, a user can submit your form and he/she can register a number of adults and kids. You need to have a maximum of 29 participants (adults+kids) for all submissions. Unfortunately, this will require you some custom and complex programming (saving the number of adults and kids to your database and checking the total everytime there is a submission).
The easiest way I can suggest for you to achieve this is to use the Submission Limit feature. It works this way:
1. You need to only allow 1 participant per submission. So each participant will have to accomplish the form.
2. Then, set the submission limit of your form to 29.
When the number of submissions to your form reaches 29, it will automatically be disabled.
Do let us know if you need further assistance.
Regards.
