Cancel paid subscription

    I downgraded my service back in April to the free account.  We run a business where we only need to collect data submission for about 4 months of the year.

    How can I get the charges to stop?

    I would prefer not to do a chargeback on my credit card.

    Resolving this soon would be appreciated.

    I would like to apologize for the inconvenience this have caused. We have cancelled your subscription for you and we have refunded the latest charge. Thank you.
