Which plan is my account associated with?

    In my Jotform account profile, it says that I have a free account.  However, you also wrote and told me I will owe $90 on June 10.  Could you please explain why my profile does not reflect the $90 account type?  Thank you.

    The account that has an active paid subscription is JennyCapella which is indeed set to be renewed on June 10th, 2015. The account capaurige which is the one you used to post this thread is under a free plan and was not able to find any previous subscription associated with it.
