Text field won't hide using conditionals

I'm trying to hide a field using conditionals. I've tried various combinations: "if field does not equal... then hide", "if field equals... then hide..." It seems to work for "If field is empty then hide..." but that's it. I've tried hide multiple and every way I can think of doing it, but nothing.

FYI, I'm trying to hide the text field that says Access: All Access for all badge types except Security.

    Thanks

    Hello.

This seems to be caused by a conflict between conditions that are set on these fields. It seems to work properly for me after I have added a new rule:

Then, I modified your first rule to not include the Access All Access field.

After making these changes to a cloned version of your form, it seems to function the way that you want:

Please let us know how it goes.
