Using mobile, apparently the clients can fill in and send the form, but when I receive it, all fields are in blank.
How can I resolve it?

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check your web page where you have embedded your form and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly and you should not have any problem. You have embedded your form using its iFrame embed code and your form should work normally.
I did test your form in my iPhone device by sending a test submission and I am unable to replicate the issue. I was able to submit the form successfully and the submission was also captured correctly. Please check the screenshot below:
