Thank you for contacting us.
I am sorry, but I was not able to find any Drop Down with the 7,000 entries under your account.
I believe that this is a bad practice, and Drop Down field is not designed for such a large amount of entries. It may cause some problems for your users.
If you describe your goal, we can try to find some better solution.
Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help you.

I have 130 sales territories with approx. 30-70 unique accounts in each one. I need to have a salesperson select their territory # then select their customer from the customer list.
If I can't have a drop down of the entire customer list (approx 7000 customers) what do you suggest? I prefer not to have conditions for each and every salesperson showing only their accounts should they select their territory #.

Thank you for update.
It is possible to use drop down with the 7000 entries, but it may stuck in some browsers. If you don't want to use conditions, you may split the list into several drop downs.
You can also mark the categories using [[Text_here]] in drop downs.
