How do I unsubscribe from the Premium upgrade?

    My account shows that I have a free account yet I keep getting charged the 9.95 fee.

    Please change my account settings and credit my account for the 9.95 charged on 10/31/2011.

    I have confirmed your subscription has been cancelled.  Sorry, someone must have overlooked checking that when this issue arose last month.

    I have issued you a refund via Plimus, you should see the money back your account within 7-10 days.
