RE: Your "100MB Available Space" Limit, on Starter Package

I am just starting out in Jotform.  I love your product and plan to upgrade, as soon as I begin receiving submissions.

In the meantime, on your Free Starter Package:

    1. Does your "100 MB Available Space" a PER-SUBMISSION limit?  (i.e. can each form submitter upload up to 100 MB total, per submission?... Is that what this means?)

    2. When entering "Form Tool" > "Upload Form" > "Allow Multiple" = "On" > "Max File Size" = "100000KB" (which equals 10MB)... Is this correct?

Now, say that I want two (2) "Upload Form" field, per one (1) form... (for example, one for pics and another for docs)...

Would I need to split that 100MB limit across both of these upload forms (i.e. 50000KB on each?)

    Thanks.
You have a great product, but you may want to consider utilizing your own techniques, such as sub-labelling and/or hove text, to better explain what these "Available Space" limits on your "Pricing" page entail... It's pretty vague!

    Hi,

The 100MB limit is for files stored in your JotForm account.  If one person submits a 100MB file to any of your forms, that will consume the storage limit for your account.  You could also have 100 files that are 1MB in size uploaded to your account.  Deleting the submissions associated with those files will clear up space.  100,000KB is 100MB.  10,000KB would be 10MB.

If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.
