Hello! A customer of us asked to create a web site for his restaurant. He wants to give his customers the possibility to leave feedbacks in the form of ratings and comments. Collect these data from users is certaninly possible with jotform, but if we also want to show customers' submissions on the site, would is this possible as well? How? Maybe we could receive submissions via email and then do some processing on mail contents server side (parsing, write on our db, display on site), but I'm just wondering if there is a more direct way to obtain the result.

You can create a Web Grid Report and use the HTML code provided to share it on your web site.
If you would like to process the submission list and create a completely custom content, you should probably create an RSS report and parse that. It would be much easier.
Both options are available when you select a form on My Forms page and then click on "Reports" button on the toolbar.
