Just re-integrated all my forms to google sheets two days ago, integration broken again. HELP!

This is beyond frustrating.  The integration with Sheets was one of two reasons we decided to use your software.  I really need to get this figured out.  I can't believe we can't make notes (add columns) to a sheet that we are using an importrange function on to get data from the integrated sheet created by jotform.  The only thing we have done to the sheet created by jot form is delete duplicate entries.  I haven't changed the form of the sheet (no new columns, no new rows) at all.  The integrated sheet is not getting the data as new registrations are coming in, and the data from the importrange is not lining up with the columns next to the importrange.  This is totally unacceptable.  Is there any way I can talk with someone in your company to get this figured out?

I assume you are using IMPORTRANGE to combine information from others sheet. This doesn't work very well and it's actually due to Google, not Jotform.

Unfortunately, if you touch the sheet of the Jotform-google integration, this gets broken. An alternative would be to make a copy of the spreadsheet and apply the ImportRange function in the copy.

Here I leave you an external link with more details about importrange.

I’m using importrange to bring the data from the sheet made in the jotform integration to another sheet so we can make notes (i.e. add receipt numbers for people that pay in our office) and to build calculation (i.e. how many people are attending, how many shirts in what sizes we need to order, etc.) we use google so we can share this info with event staff not in our office.

Is there someone I can talk with about this issue?  If I can’t trust the data I’m getting from Jotform, we can’t continue to use your product.

We are also having issues with the email notification on form submissions.

Thank you for your help, this is very frustrating.

Please note that when you delete a row, the submissions order is most likely will be changed for new form entries. Here is a quick example:

So there is a chance that your Google Spreadsheet are being updated, but submissions order is different from original one (where the most recent submissions are placed at the end of the spreadsheet). Can you please check your spreadsheets to see if this is the case?

If you are facing any email issues, please open a separate support forum thread. We will be happy to help.
