Running out of space trying to figure out what to do

Asked by AprilC on June 04, 2015 at 06:07 PM

I use JF for a few different things. I wanted the forms to be secure since ID theft is so problematic although save for one form most of my forms are informational only.

Is the limit of 10 secure SSL forms about the security that I have chosen to use or something else.

Can I make the forms unsecure and therefore have more of them?

Is this 10 total or monthly?

I am a bit concerned as I don't want to loose folks who are signing up BUT I don't need all the space the upgrade provides. You can see from my acct I don't use much.

    Thank you for your time!

PS: I went ahead and removed the "secure form" from the one form I was using it for. I hope this helps and I don't loose anyone.

Be great to know if the numbers for the free acct are monthly. I think so but if someone could confirm that would be great.

    Thank YOU!
