Our business have not been receiving our usual jot form emails. Our website sends the alerts to jot form & then jot form sends them to our business email addresses however our business email addresses have not received anything in days.
For example in the link below, when you try & make an online reservation we don't receive anything.
Can you please tell me why this is happening & how I can fix it?
