My form is submitted multiple times each month by the same recipient(s). I don't want them to auto selecting the same information each month. They need to come up with new data each month and I want to avoid duplicates or identical forms.
MY QUESTION: If I do not want any auto save options on the form, do I need to un-check the following option:
Save on data changes: Immediately save form-data to browser storage once a field is updated.

If you want to prevent your submitters from submitting the same data as they did before, you may want to take a look at our available settings for Form Submission Limits. You can set one of your fields as a unique question field, so it will only accept any given entry once.
When it comes to using the Auto Fill feature, saving on data changes option will only ensure that their browser remembers data that they are entering every time they make any change - such as select a radio button, or type a letter into a Text Box field.
By disabling Save on data changes, their browser will still save any form changes they make into their browser cookies, as soon as the Auto Fill is enabled.
To disable auto fill, you will need to go to Setup & Embed > Preferences > Advanced Settings > Edit Auto Fill Settings, and change Autofill from Enabled to Disabled.
