Registration Form with Username and Password

Can I create a registration form the collects basic information plus username and password and then use that information to access another form.

No, I'm sorry but that is not possible because it would violate our Terms of Usage as we do not allow the use of forms for collecting usernames and passwords.

If you are looking to only use it for say a special link to access another form then I would suggest doing this http://www.jotform.com/help/306-Allow-jotform-to-be-filled-out-only-by-those-with-a-special-link instead.
