I am Gabriele from Italy.
I was using you service for my website www.lemielezioni.net that lets the students book private lessons in my city.
My website is going to be launched and I am doing some tests for the teacher's profile form.
You have suspended my account for 'phishing'. Why? It's because am I doing some tests with the same email?
Please answer me because it is very important for me to launch the site.
Thank you, have a good day.

Your account was autosuspended by our Phishing Detector tool because one of your form is asking for log-in credentials.
Phishing: You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form is created or JotForm is found to be used to: Obtain credit cards sensitive information, get social security numbers, show content with child pornography. Or if a form was made to steal user login credentials. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the guilty forms will be suspended immediately.
We can re-activate your account but we need to delete that form. You also need to check all of your forms if there are fields asking for credentials or passwords.
We'll wait for your reply. Thank you.

Can you reactivate my account deleting only this form?
The other forms don't contain any field asking for credentials or password.

Actually you have 3 out of 4 forms that are asking for password information on them.
All 3 forms must be remove or the password field at the least must be remove to be able to reinstate the account. Otherwise, the Phishing filter will just suspend the forms and might even permanently ban the account.
Let us know if you confirm to this, and we will go ahead remove them on your account.

I have to remove the fields about passwords even if they are asking to choose a password for a Dropbox folder?

I believe you'll need to remove it also, this is because our anti-Phishing system detects this kind of forms and automatically suspends the account holder. I would advise using a different keyword or field name for this.
Thank you for understanding.

Ok, no problem.
So con you restate my account deleting only the form asking for username and password and the fields (not all the forms) that contains the keyword password?
thank you very much,
