After form submission is there a way to do a Thank You AND a redirect to another url?

Unfortunately we do not have such feature to display the thank you message and then redirect to another URL.

Please be noted that with a little workaround it is possible to achieve your requirement. You will have to create a custom thank you page to display the thank you message.
