How can I easily convert a decimal to hours and minutes within a form?

I'm trying to get each person to fill in a start time, and end time and then for a result to show how many hours and minutes it has taken for that task.

For example Joe bloggs starts at 2:00 and finishes at 03:30. I can get the result to a decimal place, but then can't get it to convert to hours and minutes.

I'm sure this is easy peasy but I can't get there. Any ideas??

Hi,

I do not believe it is possible to convert a decimal number into a time format.  It is possible to compare two different times as you have seen but once the number is converted into a decimal, I don't think it is possible to convert that back to hours and minutes.
