Please note that the same setting for hiding empty fields on email alerts that works on Email Notifications, also works on Autoresponders. Please see this guide for details:
If you change the preference found under Setup & Embed > Preferences > Advanced Settings > Hide Empty Fields on Emails to Enabled, and if you haven't changed the body of your email notification / Autoresponder, empty fields will not be shown in your Autoresponders.
