When I have a submission, is there a way to print the filled out form that is submitted or is the only thing that can be printed the actual submission

I would recommend to download each submission as a PDF file and then print it. This will help you to show it all in the same/similar manner as on the jotform. To do that you will need to make few alterations before getting the PDF file.

Click on the form in your JotForm Builder jotforms listing and then click on submissions.

Now that you are in the submission click on the gear icon in the top right corner and make sure that the "Auto Hide Empty Fields" is unchecked and that the "Show Headers and Texts" is checked.

You should immediately see the change on the left in the submissions preview window and you can then download the PDF for printing.

This will not be the exact form, but it will be much closer to it and will include much more than just the submission data.

If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.
